And most people have thought about at one stage in their lives.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Listen to this because this is very important. If for some   reason you can't complete an exercise or can't do it at the time you alotted then just  complete it later. Do not use missing an exercise or goal be an excuse for you to stop.
